Senior HR Manager

Your functions*:

               • You shall head the HR function and be responsible for the full spectrum of HR activities

               • You shall be a strong HR partner to the business, initiate and implement HR initiatives to support the business objectives, in alignment with global HR programs

               • You shall contribute strongly to the organization development process to build a performance culture

               • You shall review and implement effective HR policies and procedures, HR performance management system, and HR database

               • You shall actively drive the talent acquisition process to facilitate organizational renewal

 

Your Skills:

               • 8-10 years relevant HR experience, of which 4 years must have been in a managerial capacity

               • Degree / Post-graduate degree, preferably in HRM or Business Management

               • Prior experience in a multi-national environment, with reporting to a global functional platform, is necessary

               • Prior experience in HR due diligence, and M&A is a clear advantage

               • Mature, strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high sense of integrity and objectivity

               • Ability to work with the management team at a macro level

               • Analytical, and meticulous hands-on manager with effective skills in MS Office

               • A skilled negotiator and counselor in people issues

               • Good working knowledge of regional labour legislation and HR market practices
