Job Responsibilities:
· Review and enhance testing strategies, flow and procedures for optimum productivity.
· Implement test concept and methodology in software/hardware and maintain software/hardware during NPI phases.
· Work closely with RND and product Engineers during prototypes phases to gain product knowledge and bring test throughput and yields beyond target.
· Implement necessary data analyses as suggested by R &D team.
· Prepare and update test software / hardware documentation for knowledge handover and information exchange.
· Prepare and update standard operating procedure to standardize test processes during prototype phases.
· Lead, motivate and train test personnel in NPI team to achieve prototype objective and target.
· Participate actively in all NPI activities and work closely with NPI team members to ensure smooth transition into mass production.
· Work closely with customers and vendors to deliver all test requests before MR.
Job Requirements:
· Degree in Electronic / Electrical / Computer / Test Engineering or Computer Science.
· Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in NPI test development environment.
· Diploma holders with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience are welcomed to apply/
· Proficient in Microsoft Visual Basic, net, Microsoft Visual C++, Microsoft SQL, Labview and Labwindows / CVI.
· Knowledge in Linux, TCL, VEE, Phython and Microsoft J++ is an added advantage.
· Possess high level of integrity, initiative and sense of urgency.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
· Team player who is dynamic, self-motived and result oriented.
· Excellent attitude in learning new technologies.
· Open minded for new opinions and inputs.
Must-haves
- Visual Studio, especially in Visual C++.
- Embedded firmware, C programming.
Nice-to-haves
- QT Frameworks knowledge & development experience.
